Ms Shelly Bright Star in Wheaton Illinois is terrible your employee's Vince and John that represent you is the two most terrible people I have ever talked to on the phone these are two Men that have No since of Character how is it that they working at Bright Star. Especially John who is running the place you have a man in that position that can't even talk to Women correctly so I can imagine he treats the Caregivers like GARBAGE as well as Vince. They don't know how to talk to anyone let alone try to get Caregivers to come work for Bright Star in Wheaton Illinois. Neither one of them Vince or John should be working for Bright Star at all No wonder you can't keep anyone No wonder pple don't believe you. You have pple like Vince and John at Wheaton Office representing you. I'm offended I felt like straight Garbage talking to the both of them . Do you hire African American Women. This ain't the first time I've spoken to Vince or John and they are two of the Nastyes men I have ever talked to. Very helpful! My 81 year old mom has undiagnosed mild cognitive impairment. My 86 year old dad is her primary caregiver. I've been visiting more and trying to learn as much as I can. There may come a time when dad can no longer do it all. Thankfully I live in the same town so I can help.

Our team truly cares about the health outcome and quality of life day-to-day. It shows on Donnie & Peg's returned smiles makes the work so rewarding.
